Azerbaijani youth participated in the International School of Theater Acoustics
The second training session of the International School of Theater Acoustics was held at the Azerbaijan Mambatov Drama and Comedy Theater in Astana, Kazakhstan. Young theater artists from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia participated in the session.
Azerbaijani youth participated in the session through the Union of Theater Workers of Azerbaijan. Our country was represented by two directors (Ayla Osmanova and Sabina Mammadzade), one playwright (Ismail Iman), one choreographer (Nigar Shahmuradova) and four actors (Asya Atakishiyeva, Mammad Alilicanzade, Emin Sevdimaliyev and Emil Rzayev).
The participants worked in creative groups under the guidance of a team of international educators. The educators included Viktor Ryzhakov, Alexander Plotnikov, Vladimir Gusev, Renat Tashimov, Igor Sharoyko and others. Participants listened to lectures by leading directors and theater teachers, and attended master classes in vocals, choreography, dramaturgy, and video-scenography.
On October 9, an open performance of the play "Birdwatching" was held with the participation of the school audience. Certificates were presented to the participants.
