A mobile meeting of the Board of Directors of the Union of Theater Workers of Azerbaijan was held in Ganja. The guests, who were warmly welcomed by the Ganja State Drama Theater, viewed the theater building, hall, lobby and rooms before the meeting, and took a tour of the Ganja Theater Museum.
The meeting, which was held in the Conference Hall of the theater with the participation of the Chairman of the Union, People's Artist Haji Ismayilov, Deputy Chairmen - People's Artist Ilham Namig Kamal, Honored Artist Azad Shukurov, Member of the Board, People's Artist Marahim Farzalibeyov, Executive Secretary Aida Gafarova, Chairman of the Inspection Commission, Honored Art Worker Hafiz Guliyev, lawyer Konul Alakbarova, representatives of the Ganja State National Drama Theater, Mingachevir State Drama Theater and Sheki State Drama Theater.
The meeting, which continued with interesting discussions, was opened by Haji Ismayilov with an introductory speech. He spoke about the current state of Azerbaijani theaters, their successes, and problems, and emphasized that the Ganja Theater adequately represents our country at international events.
Director Agil Bahramli, who successfully led the theater, was awarded the "Theater Worker" medal of the Union. Agil Bahramli expressed his deep gratitude to the Union for the attention shown to him and spoke about the important issues that need to be resolved. The speakers at the meeting - Ilham Namig Kamal, Azad Shukurov, Marahim Farzalibeyov, Valeh Karimov, Anar Burjaliyev, head of the literary department of the Ganja Theater, Mirbala Salimli, chief director of the Sheki Theater, actress of the Mingachevir Theater, People's Artist Ella Yagubova, actress Konul Hajiyeva and others - exchanged views on various issues in theaters and discussed problems.
The participants, who were satisfied with the meeting held in a friendly atmosphere, expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the Union.
